Access Your Webmail
You can access webmail at this address: http://mail.upwardaccess.com
Secure webmail access through https://mail.upwardaccess.com
For webmail, the Username is your full email address
Password is the password issued to you
POP3 Mail Configuration
- Incoming (POP3) Server: upwardaccess.com (NOTE: DO NOT put 'www' or 'pop' in front of the domain!)
- Outgoing (SMTP) Server: upwardaccess.com (NOTE: DO NOT put 'www' or 'smtp' in front of the domain!)
- POP3 account/user name: you@upwardaccess.com (This would be the name of the email account created for you)
- POP3 account/user password: This is the password created for the pop email account.

Outlook Mail Setup
- Open Microsoft Office Outlook.
From the Tools menu, choose E-mail Accounts.... - Select the Add a new e-mail account button, and click Next >.
- Select the POP3 button, and click Next >.
- In the Your Name: box, type in your name.
- In the E-mail Address: box, type in your email address.
- In the Incoming mail server (POP3): box, type
'upwardaccess.com'.
- In the Outgoing mail server (SMTP): box, type
'upwardaccess.com'.
- In the User Name: box, type in youraccountname@upwardaccess.com).
- In the Password: box, type in your password.
Outlook Express Setup
- Open Outlook Express.
- If the Internet Connection Wizard pops up, skip to step #5.
Otherwise go on to step #3.
- From the Tools menu, choose Accounts.
- Click the Add button, and choose Mail.
- In the Display name box, type in your name, and click the
Next > button.
- Select I already have an e-mail address that I'd like to use.
(You may not have to do this)
- In the E-mail address box, type in your email address, and
click the Next > button.
- Click the down arrow on the drop-down list and choose
POP3.
- In the Incoming mail (POP3,IMAP or HTTP) server box, type
'upwardaccess.com'.
- In the Outgoing mail (SMTP) server box, type
'upwardaccess.com'.
- Click the Next button.
- In the Account name box, type in your email address.
- In the Password box, type in your password.
- Check the box next to Remember password if you would like
your password to be saved.
- Click the Next > button.
- Click the Finish button.
- Click the Close button.
Apple Mail Setup
- From the Mail menu, select Preferences.
- Go to the Accounts tab, and then click the plus sign(+) at the bottom of the Accounts box.
- In the Add Account window, enter your full name, email address and email password.
- Click Continue.
- In the Incoming Mail Server screen, select POP or IMAP from the Account Type list, and complete your information as follows:
- Description: The name of your account.
- Incoming mail server: upwardaccess.com
- User Name: you@upwardaccess.com
- Password: Your email account password
- Click Continue
- In the Outgoing Mail Server screen complete your information as follows:
- Description: The name for this mail server (e.g. upwardaccess.com)
- Outgoing mail server: upwardaccess.com
- User Name: you@upwardaccess.com
- Password: Your email account password
- Check the Use only this server box.
- Check the Use Authentication box, and then enter your User Name and Email Address.
- Click Continue.
Netscape Mail Setup
- Outgoing SMTP server should be upwardaccess.com
- Incoming POP server should be upwardaccess.com
- POP3 username is the account you're setting up.
Click the Identity tab:
- Enter your name
- Enter your full e-mail address
- Enter your reply e-mail address
- Click Apply
Netscape Communicator Setup
- Open Netscape Communicator
- Go to Edit menu and choose Preferences
- Click on Mail and Groups and the + sign adjacent to it
- Click on Identity and enter your name and mail address
- Click on Mail Server and enter the following:
- Incoming POP should be upwardaccess.com
- Outgoing SMTP should be upwardaccess.com
- Choose the POP3 radio button under Mail Server Type
- Click OK
- Incoming POP should be upwardaccess.com
